Autumn Tour
John Phipps, our Touring Secretary, is arranging a 'long weekend' tour in his old stamping ground, Rutland. It is rumoured that we may meet up with his former clubmates of the Rockingham Wheelers (sounds lively!)

Annual General Meeting
The AGM will be held on Friday 2nd November at Navestockside Village Hall commencing at 7.30pm.
December 2007
Navestock Knockout Jumble Sale
The 11th Navestock Knockout Jumble Sale will be on Saturday 8th December at the Clubhouse from 10 am to 2pm. Don't miss this! The grub is always good and who knows - you may find a bargain!
Christmas Lunch
The Christmas Lunch ride will be on Sunday 16th December to the Dog & Gun pub which is on the Boreham - Great Leighs road. Lunch is booked at 11.45 for 12.15. Make your own way there or meet at Writtle pond at 9.45am for a PROMPT 10am departure. Book with Colin Mannakee tel. 01376 328329.

The next Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday 19th January 2008 at the Swallow Churchgate Hotel, Old Harlow. Details of time, ticket prices and directions to come.

Spring Training Week - Majorca.
An Early Season Training Week has been organised in Majorca. Full details
TRAINING WEEKEND.
Saturday/Sunday 23rd/24th February.
Saturday - Meet at Clubhouse and ride to Castle Hedingham Youth Hostel (80 miles).
Evening meal, overnight stay, and breakfast - £30.
Sunday - 80 mile ride.
The team van will ferry luggage and act as following back up.

UCI Track Cycling World Championships
These Championships will be held At Manchester Velodrome on the recently re-laid surface. By that time it will be well bedded in and we can confidently expect new records to be set. The tickets will be like gold dust! So let's think about it now.

22nd April - Early Starters RR LVRC will be run on Thaxted _Debden course.

8th June - Brentwood Town Centre Criteriums.
