Fowlmead Winter Series Race 17
1st March 2009
Dave Nichol's tops the podium this time, with a very assured solo ride after being in a break of four with Josh Edmondson, Alex Murison and another rider for over half of the 80 minute race. Good team work was again seen with the leading three Glendene riders eventually working over the "lone" rider. Joe Perrett and Paul Young finally broke loose from the chasing bunch and just failed to overhaul two other riders who gave an earlier chase to catch up the leading four.
