Last Sunday 28/3 the Junior Team rode impressively at WERKEN, Belgium with Conor Dunne 2nd, Tom Moses 4th (both in winning break), Al Murison 7th (winning the bunch sprint handsomely) with Jim Lewis just behind Al; Paul Young finished a bit further back.

The team were racing in Belgium this weekend and made their mark on the racing series in great style.....team riding played its part in Glendene having 2nd, 4th and 7th place. Initially a breakaway group of 4 riders were holding their own and included our Conor Dunne working with 3 other Belgians to keep away. Tom Moses took a solo break to chase down the group and managed to attach himself to the leading breakaway now with 2 Glendene. Meanwhile Al Murison was holding the main peloton to allow the break to develop up ahead......Tom broke away, soon followed by Conor as the break now reduced to 4 riders only. All the hard work had to have some effect but somehow both managed the sprint to get 2nd and 4th place for Conor and Tom respectively. And hey....up come the peloton with Al Murison winning the sprint to complete the show, with Jim Lewis and Paul Young following up in the same bunch sprint ......superb riding guys!!!
