Nikki Juniper's Glendene debut 8.05.09

Nikki Juniper became a BC licence holder last week and rode for us in the International 2 Days of Bedford Stage Race (4 stages with 95 competitors from around the globe). Nikki was a magnificent novice!! She came 18th in the 80km hilly stage 2, 28th in the individual TT (stage 3) and a brilliant 9th in the final even hillier stage over 72km. Overall, Nikki finished 24th beating the whole BC Eastern Region Team and at least two girls riding for Great Britain. She is a very exciting prospect indeed. Last week she clocked 26m 26s in the Glendene's Sunday Club 10 on the E91 Leaden Roding- Gt Dunmow course for her first proper time trial.
